2 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, Smoke & Roast to season, 2 teaspoons of butter and 2 buttered pieces of toast.
To Make…
Lightly beat eggs, add milk and Smoke & Roast to taste. Melt the butter in a pan, pour in egg mixture and cook over a low heat until set. Using a wooden spoon gently work mixture from outside to centre for even cooking. The dish should be light and fluffy once cooked, so do not over stir. Serve on crusty buttered toast.
