Pumpkin Harvesting
Did you plant a few pumpkins this year? We did and while it wasn’t a bumper crop we did get a couple of very nice pumpkins. Now what to do with them? Smashed Avo
Simple and healthy is this recipe!! It’s super quick to make and delicious with a little Smoke and Peri to really make it pop. We also like it because it’s flexible for the family to tailor what extras they add (think avocado, a squeeze of lime juice…) Ingredients: ½ avocado 1 slice of fresh bread ½ lime Cherry tomatoes Sprinkle of Smoke and Peri Smush up your avocado with lime juice and a sprinkle of Smoke and Peri. Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Prawns a la Smoke and Peri
This is one of our favourite all-time recipes. Prawns with cherry tomatoes. It’s the quickest dish, ready in less than 5 minutes, and super flexible as you can serve it on a bed of fresh spinach, with some fresh veggies or top off some freshly cooked pasta.
