This is a great recipe to mix and match different extras depending on what you feel like or what’s in the cupboard!
350g ravioli (but any pasta will do!)
1/2 cup basil pesto (store-bought)
2 red onions sliced
Dash of Smoke and Roast
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, and then add to a non-stick fry pan with a dash of olive oil in the bottom. Add cream, pesto, Smoke and Roast and onion and stir to combine.
Heat through for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Add any additional ingredients such as halved cherry tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, and shredded chicken (without the skin).
Serve with parmesan on top!
