  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of Smoke and Roast
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Pat the barramundi fillets dry with a paper towel and brush them with olive oil.
  • Season the fillets with Smoke and Roast, black pepper, and lemon zest.
