A great recipe for cooking ahead of time or if you’re in a hurry. Only tastes better with re-heating!!
Ingredients
500g pack mince meat (we use pork but beef works well too)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves or a couple of drops of Smoke and Roast Garlic Essential Oil
2 tsp paprika
1 red capsicum chopped
1 tin tomatoes
1 sprinkle of Smoke and Peri
250g spaghetti cooked
Method
Heat oven to 200°C. Make balls from the mince and place on a tray and cook for 15 minutes till they are browned. In a frying pan, add oil with onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for a further minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of water and the Smoke and Peri. Simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Then add your meatballs and capsicum and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with cooked pasta.
Super quick, super yummy.
