Does anyone like a lamb roast where the meat literally falls off the bone? We’ve been experimenting with slow roasting lamb over 4-5 hours and it’s so easy and delicious - it’s ridiculous. We just discovered a fabulous new recipe. We’ve been trying to find ways to use up the pumpkins we grew in the garden and we discovered this great taste sensation that is made perfect with a sprinkle of Smoke and Roast. Simple and healthy is this recipe!! It’s super quick to make and delicious with a little Smoke and Peri to really make it pop. We also like it because it’s flexible for the family to tailor what extras they add (think avocado, a squeeze of lime juice…) Ingredients: ½ avocado 1 slice of fresh bread ½ lime Cherry tomatoes Sprinkle of Smoke and Peri Smush up your avocado with lime juice and a sprinkle of Smoke and Peri.
