Smashed Avo

Simple and healthy is this recipe!! It’s super quick to make and delicious with a little Smoke and Peri to really make it pop. We also like it because it’s flexible for the family to tailor what extras they add (think avocado, a squeeze of lime juice…)

Ingredients: 

½ avocado 

1 slice of fresh bread 

½ lime 

Cherry tomatoes 

Sprinkle of Smoke and Peri 

Smush up your avocado with lime juice and a sprinkle of Smoke and Peri. Slice up the cherry tomatoes while you put your bread in the toaster. 

Spread the avocado mix and top with your tomatoes. Too good to be true for such a simple recipe but it is a taste sensation.
