Next Level Mash!

Have you ever tried sweet potato as a mash instead of potato? Well, let us tell you that it's the bomb! It’s a simple and quick recipe and a great accompaniment to a roast, a nice piece or fish or pork chops… and paired with some fresh peas or asparagus, another taste sensation. 

Ingredients 

Half a sweet potato (this is enough for two with enough for leftovers, and the size of your potato matters) 
1 x small dollop of butter 
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
Dash of Smoke and Peri for that zesty extra flavour
Method 

Peel and cut your sweet potato into even cubes and place in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil until soft and then remove and drain water. Using a masher, mash up your sweet potato, adding your dollop of butter, a sprinkle of chilli flakes and a dash of Smoke and Peri combining well together. 
Serve. Soooo simple, and for those of you that are on low-carb diets, is much lower in carbohydrates compared to potato!
