Cauliflower, How Many Ways?

We have recently discovered how amazing cauliflower can be! Here are the ways we’ve been serving it up lately. 

  1. Cauliflower mash - simply steam, puree with a clove of garlic, then a little dollop of butter and a sprinkle of Smoke and Roast Peri. Perfection! 
  2. Roasted as florets with zucchini - sprinkle your veggies on the oven tray with a little olive oil and Smoke and Roast and it’s an amazing taste combination. 
  3. Baked cauliflower ‘steaks’ sprinkled with Smoke and Roast and parmesan. 
  4. Baked (again!) florets with Smoke and Roast Curry AND pumpkin seeds - another great taste combination.
  5. Cauliflower soup, a really simple and surprisingly quick recipe, cooking up in veggie stock, an onion, Smoke and Roast and a few potatoes before pureeing!
